You need a better physical wall then Torterra. Steelix would be a good choice, even a Drapion aces Torterra's Defence. and don't have both Empoleon and Regice as special walls, they're too similar, for the love of all that is holy use a blissey!

Torterra's a decent pokemon but there are other better physical walls than him. Steelix does a good job and surprisingly, Tangrowth is also in BL so he's usable as well.

I see this is your hazing pokemon but besides that, Crobat is sort of a dead weight on your team. You need a special sweeper too and Crobat can be that as well as a Hazer. Or you can try this set:

Here's one of your biggest problems. You seemingly have two special walls in Empoleon and Regice. Get rid of one of them and replace it with a Rapid Spinner or a Cleric such as Miltank.

Same as above, getting rid on either one of your special walls for something else. But both your special walls have acceptable movesets.

Your team is decent but I see Alakazam with Focus Blast coming in and doing some serious damage. Aerodectyle might also rip through this side.

Use the Crobat you mentioned with Air Slash ans Dark Pulse, since they cover the most types.

Replace Earthquake with Stone Edge on Torterra and Stealth Rock over Sub.

Actually, replace Empoleon, as Regice is better. I've tried it, It's one of my faves. Edit: Ah yes. you do need a cleric. I'd go for a Rapid Spinner too since Crobat is weak to SR. I'd also change the EV Spread on Regice, as he needs a LOT more special defense.

Regice actually doesn't need a lot more SDef. Just max its HP and toss a few EVs in and you're fine. It does need lots of Def though, and maybe some SAttk.

I am seconding Steelix over Empoleon/Torterra and put Hypnosis on Crobat.

Ok, your walls need some recover, I run the Sleep Talker Regice, really amazing BoltBeam+Rest Talk Pwns. And the status absorb wil be a plus... And yes take out empoleon, and run a better Def Wall.
You are too weak to fighting, so Drapion, Uxie and Tangrowth are fine options, and you could suport them with a Mismagius as a Special wall and a Fighting moves absorver
And here your only Rapid Spin choice is Blastoise, so you can pick a good one from UU, Claydol. This guy will help you with RS and with your fighting weakness. This boy with Darapion to handle Ghost-Dark and Regice as a Sp.Wall Willl absolutly PWN

And I really never heard of a BL Metagame so I really do the best that I can... XD
