Issue: Blog Quote Notification Not Working

It's been happening to me a fair bit as well.
 
tbh i didn't even know that was a feature. when i've been quoted in the past i've never received a note.
 
I haven't been getting blog quote notifications for quite a while now. I was going to make a thread about this as well but it totally slipped my mind. However I am having no issue with getting notifications for blog comments alone.
