I've just thought up a noobish BPing idea.

Umbreon @Leftovers
Trait:Synchronize
Nature:-Sp.A/Atk +Spd
EVs:252 HP 129 Def, 129 Sp.Def
Mean Look (1st)
Taunt (2nd)
Baton Pass (3rd)
Moonlight (If low on HP)

Ninjask @Leftovers
Trait:Speed Boost
Nature:-Sp.A +Spd
EVs:252 HP 129 Def 129 Sp.Def
Baton Pass(4)
Subsitute (1)
Swords Dance (if sub doesnt break)
Protect (2)

Then, BP to Fast and powerful CBer(like Aero) and sweep up a whole team.
The only problem is when you meet Focus Punchers. Which you can switch out a ghost on.I've just tried on a blissey too. It beat the hell out of it.

I think both of those are pretty standard
most people use the Umbreon and baton pass to something super effective against whatever you trapped

That's true, and I use Umbreon to BP Mean Look to a Tauntrados or Raikou, since Mean Look helps them set up. Once they are set up, they become pretty much unbeatable.
