Can anyone tell me about these? Are they real?

Stumbled upon a collection I had from 15-20 years ago. Can anyone shed some light? They are from Central Asia but language on the back of some of them looks to be something else. They are also quite small, you can see in the picture compared to a charging block.

Would love to know if they are real or what they could be from? Thank you in advance

Based on the "Pokemon" on the one card you show with non-logo text not having the accent symbol over the "e", my guess is these are counterfeit/bootleg. They also have not great image quality and it looks like the Pikachu one was trying to emulate the Base Set Pikachu card convincingly enough to fool parents and kids who don't know better. That's my best guess based on the evidence presented in your lone picture.
