Can you tell me about this Japanise Swampart card?

My son was trading cards at school and came home with a Swampart card and we are wondering more about it. I can't find another like it pictured on the web. Is this thing fake? is it old?

I am a dad who loves his son but is really struggling educating myself on his new hobby. I figured I'd turn t the experts. First tie post so if this is the wrong section for this post I apologies and am willing to move it if it helps get the audience it needs.

Definitely fake.

I'd go into why, but I'm typing from my phone. I'll let someone else explain some tells that this card has.

Fake, that makes complete sense. It looks like it was manufactured with different paper, inks etc. I also can find nothing indicating a legitimate card having 400 HP.

The playground of second graders apparently is a seedy underbelly of counterfeit Pokemon cards. I only send common cards that he has duplicates of to school for his trading endeavors so we won't be busting' any kneecaps over being taken on this one. LOL ( in fact its a pretty good life lesson learned inexpensively.)
