Cant connect

    I cant connect to Wi-Fi on Pearl. I checked my connection and its perfect. I go to get on Wi-Fi and it gets stuck on:

    Connecting to Nintendo Wi-Fi
    Connection... Please wait a moment...


    I have been waiting for a while now... Is there a reason for this? Could i have been banned off Wi-Fi or something?
     
    I've heard of being banned from Wi-Fi from cloning but I'm not sure if this is true or just a rumor.
     
    I can't do it either, Everytime I start the Wifi connecton it says error and it shuts down.

    Its cause of the new Windows that i have. They said they have been working on the problem since Jan. but by now something should of have been done!
