CBtress, or CHoice Band Forretress, was an invention of mine in the 3rd Gen. With Base 90 Attack and Explosion, It worked great on my Netbattle team.

However, Due to the loss of HP Bug and Steel, I'm goignt o Improvise:

    Original:

    Forretress@Choice Band
    Adamant
    HP Bug/HP Steel
    Explosion
    Rock Slide
    Earthquake

    4th Gen:
    Forretress@Choice Band
    Brave
    Gyro Ball
    Explosion
    Rock Slide
    Earthquake

    Other Options:
    Payback, Double-Edge, Pin Missile, Revenge

Not much to chhose from, really...

CBtress isn't as good as other CBers since its base speed sucks. Metagross, Ursauring, Aerodactyl, Medicham, Salamence, Slaking, Heracross, and Dugtrio are great examples of CBers. Forry, not so much. But if this is jsut for fun, be my guest...

simple, you switch in and next turn explode, the extra damage caused by the Choice Band helps take out many pokemon

    Add soemthign like this:

EV Spread: 252 Attack, and the rest can be split between Defense , Special Defense, and HP in any way you like. Put any EV's into Speed lowers the potential of Gyro Ball. Try to get as low a SPeed IV as possible. This set can really put in a surprise factor. Most people think that you're going to lay down Spikes and its many variations. If timed right, a CBed Explosion can knock out a Pokemon, Or at least put a dent in it. Gyro Ball hurts Weavile BADLY. with Pseud-RockQuake, you can cover alot of Pokemon, plus both Rock and Ground are Supereffective against Fire Types.

it could work. it would do well with getting rid of ghosts. when someone sets up stealth rock, you can switch in to make it seem as if you will use Rapid Spin, but instead use gyro ball.

problem is that it gets completely walled by Bronzong and Skarmory.
