I'm taking a break on Yu-Gi-Oh, the new sets pretty much kinda sucks, probably going to play if the new six sam xyz is good.

If anyone knows how to play CardFight! Vanguard, any help or comments are appreciated, going to a local tournament this Sunday and trying to make last minute fixes.

I assume you're playing in Japanese cards since quite a few of the names there are different from official translation. I would check with your shop about if they allow it for tournaments.

Big thing about Vanguard is that a lot of the decks are relatively similar. Most of the rest is personal preference, like trigger types, # of perfect guards, etc. For example, I tend to run perfects in 3 and run trigger priority as Heal > Crit > Draw > Stand. Seeing as you're going a more aggressive trigger set, I'd personally switch the count on Sleygal Dagger and Little Battler, Tron since there's less draw power, so there may be a bit less chance that you satisfy the condition of having a full field for it. I would go playtest and see how consistently you can keep a full field up late game while keeping the counterblast cost open at Limit Break. If you can, go ahead and keep it in, else I would recommend something else.

Ohh sorry about the names, I was used to the Japanese name and when I typed up my cards I kind of wrote the Japanese names.

I was wondering if I should go Crit > Stand, when I play test, stand seems to be lacking at the start of the game. I found stand to be more middle game or end game trigger. Should i go 6 crit and 2 Stand?

I personally think 8 crit is fine as it is. It's a pretty powerful trigger, and forces guards a lot better than stands do.

Yeah I thought of that too, Stand is kind of hit or miss. Terrible early game, strong near the end game. While Critical is just all around powerful any time of the game.

Another thing I was thinking after the tournament was build a dual-clan deck. Since all you need for a trigger to activate is to have the same clan in either VC/RC. I know OTT/Bermuda works well together but OTT is expensive LOL. What kind of clan fits well together?

Well, the obvious one is the horribly expensive RP/SP Blaster Deck since it was made to synergize. Other than that, I haven't really thought of making a cross-clan deck outside of splashing a card or two.

That's true, the way I see it, the deck has to be balance with both clan having fair amount of clan card so trigger will not fail. I been testing a nova grappler/kagero deck, since kagero are heavy cb users, Mr Invincible as a grade 3 V can unflip cards to re-use for kagero to cb again.
