4th Gen chain podium

    hi there
    another noob question from me, but i was just wondering how to get the chain podium thingy feature on the bottom screen of my DS. ive completed the elite 4 and got the national dex and poke radar, but no matter how many times i press the red thing up and down, it is not there. how do i activate it?
