    1.They are just 3 of them (Pokemon 1)
    2.Still three but new pokemons (Pokemon Johto)
    3.Misty is replaced by May and Max (Pokemon Hoenn)
    4.May and Max is replaced by Dawn (Pokemon Diamond/Pearl)
     
    1. Ash gets a change in clothes. (Pokemon Advanced/DP)
    2. Voice actors change. (Battle Frontier)
    3. New, awesome opening songs. (japanese and english) (Pokemon Advanced)
    4. Ash leaves behind all of his Pokemon expect one and gets a new team. (Pokemon Advanced)
    5. Ash leaves behind all of his Pokemon expect two and gets another new team. (Pokemon D/P)
    6. Interest in the anime goes down for me. xP (Pokemon D/P)
     
    1. Dawn lost in the first round of the contest.
    2. Jessie won a ribbon (at last) (an official contest)...
    3. Ash got 2 starter PKMN (unlike in Hoenn which was only Treecko)...
    4. A cold-hearted rival.

    1. Ash matured from each season, battle attitude.
    2. Ash does not act stupid too much these days.
    3. Ash supports his friends not put them down as a joke or anything.
    4. Not that many jokes, which i actually liked.

    Basically his behavior got developed.
