Charmander IV question

I hatched two adamant charmanders. One has great offensive IVs:
HP-11
A-30-31 (yes!)
D-2 (no!)
S-21-26
SA-21-24 (Dang! I'm not using any special attacks!)
SD-15-16

The other is great in defense IVs:
HP-20
A-0-11 (ouch!)
D-24-31
S-0-11
SA-4
SD-21-31

Most of the second one is a rough estimate but is pretty close. I'm sure about the first one 100%. Which one should I use (he's gonna be a physical sweeper).

1st one's better, but I suggest rebreeding.

Groan...Okay. I should also mention I've hatched well over 50 eggs and have gotten only two adamant charmanders (none female), so this could take awile. I guess It'll be worth it. I was worried about the defense so much because I have a BPing Scizor to up his attack power and he needs to be able to take a hit. So I should rebreed?

I have a rash ditto my friend traded me from his firered game. You can't get ditto in emerald so that's all I got.
