Clans/Groups

I really think this would be a good idea. On another forum I belong to: Zeldauniverse.net. They have groups, called clans. There are 3 of them, and People take a test to see which one they get in. It's kind of cool being in the clan just to chat with people and stuff. I think this would be a great change to the forums here at PC becuase it would be new, and a great way for people to interact. I really hope you guys take some thinking to this and stuff. What do all of you here at PC think of this?

Well, PC did have a set of public usergroups that you could join from the User CP. The admins removed them for some odd reason though.
I guess just wasnt enough interest in it.
Besides, this isnt a Harry potter forum or a Zelda forum. It's a pokemon forum.

right, but there are ways to make a group. I.E. elements or whatever.

Yes. There is. But as I said, there was a lack of interest in it. So the admins arent likely to try it again.

We removed it because the idea kind of... died.
We had groups in profiles, we had main threads for the groups, had it's own forum. But it died. So thus we removed the groups, and forum from PC.
