Long ago, an ancient land had a legend, that whenever it was threatened by evil, a legendary hero would arise from the depths of time. Yet, what happens when the hero fails? The short answer is, they call for reinforcements.

The worlds have always been interlinked, yet kept seperate. Unfortunately, as the evil spread through the land, the only person who could call upon the other world waited. In the land's most desperate hour, he pulled a number of people, all having the potential to be great heroes from their home world, and into the sacred realm, where he would tell them of their task...

Since this is an invitation only RP, I'll leave it to each of you to describe your character as you best see fit, without a true form.

I love invites!! YAY!! Anyways, here we go!

    Name: Vorsage
    Gender: Female
    Age: 18
Appearence: Vorsage has light blue eyes and short, choppy brown hair. She has rather womanly figure, but tends to cover it up in her brown robes.
Personality: Watch out, this girl's a Mage on FIRE! She's a magic weilder, and not afraid to show it. She tends to battle it out with her staff, which seems to hold some magical power and a hint to her mysterious past. She is an excellent healer, and awesome at elemental control. Her strengths are in wind and water, but she has a few earth and fire tricks too. She's rather soft-spoken, but that DOESN"T mean she can't take care of herself!

    *ponders* Sounds good to me!!

    Name: Denir
    Gender: Male
    Age: 21
    Alighnment: Chaotic Good
    Class: Ranger
    Weapon: Dual scimitars
Appearance: A lifetime spent in the outdoors has given Denir a permanantly weatherbeaten, tanned look. His hair is a dark brown, almost black. He keeps it cropped close to his head, as not to interfere with his vision in combat. Wears loose, earth-colored clothing underneath well-made and well-used leather armor. Keeps a forest-green cloak for the colder months. His scimitars are belted at his sides.
Personality: Much prefers the company of the forest to the company of people. He's very protictive of his woods as well. Indeed, he tends to decapitate first, ask questins later when said woods are concerned.

I'm just going to post my character's original profile (she was originally for a different website), because I'm lazy and haven't had breakfast yet, nya. XD Just ignore the comment about aliens, it won't make any sense to you, everything else should be okay, nya. ^^; And if this takes place somewhere else,
    ignore the comment about Tokyo too. <.<;

Name: Cara (Full first name is Carambola, but just call her Cara. <.<;)

    Age: 14

    Height: 5?(ft) 5??(in)

    Weight: 130 lbs

Eyes: Deep, blood-red, making it difficult to see her pupils. Despite their color, they have a calm, mysterious look to them.

Hair: It?s black, and styled in a short, boyish cut, gradually growing longer as in nears the front. The hair behind her ears doesn?t grow much below her earlobes, but in front, her hair grows about jaw/chin-length. Her bangs are short and stringy.

Clothes: Normally skin-tight, black clothes. Sometimes she?ll wear a dress or kimono, but only on special occasions or when she?s feeling really good.

Appearance: She has a slightly plump figure (mostly just meaning she?s not super-skinny. XD), and a pretty small chest, considering her age. Her ears are also slightly pointed, so she looks somewhat like an alien, except her skin is a natural, slightly-tanned color.

    Accessories: None, really.

Strengths: Her polite nature can sometimes get her out of trouble, and, even though she doesn?t like to, she?s a good fighter when she uses her demonic powers. She also has a large amount of patience.

Weaknesses: She can occasionally be too trusting, she can?t seem to get it through her head there ARE such things as enemies, and if she loses control of her demonic energy in battle, it can weaken her greatly. An extreme overuse of it could be fatal. She?s also easily bribed with any form of sweets. XD

Bad Habits: Repeatedly saying ?sorry?, being too optimistic

Personality: Quiet and polite, she tries to help others with their problems whenever possible. Even if that person doesn?t want to be helped. She doesn?t enjoy talking very much about herself, and often blames things on herself. She?s interested in learning all about different beings, and will ask questions even if they seem pointless. She loves sugar, though won?t get very hyper off of it unless she?s given a lot. She doesn?t mind being lost in a crowd or with a group of people, but, even though she?s somewhat shy and quiet, she doesn?t enjoy being alone. She sometimes tends to find details that others look over, and offers a two-sided view of some things, though it usually ends up confusing people rather than helping at all.

Powers: She has demonic energy within her, which can be pretty powerful if used right, but it also weakens her mentally and physically if used for too long.

History: Not much is known of her history. It?s pretty obvious she wasn?t raise by demons, but from what little information people could extract from her, she wasn?t raised by humans either. It?s also a mystery how she?s just a ?demon?, not a dog demon or a panther demon, or even a kitsune. As for her recent history, she?s been traveling, mostly to look for a job, but also to explore and learn more about the world. Her travels have currently brought her to Tokyo city.

    Name: Robert
Age: 28, but he looks not a day older than 16.
Personality: Calm, cool, and reserved, but other than that, seemingly the same as any sixteen year old.
History: Abandoned in the great desert nation of Elswyr, he was found and raised by the native cat-men, known as the Khajiit. He was raised as one of them, and was taught the infamous martial arts style known as the "Rain On Sands." After he was fully an adult, though his aging appeared to have slowed somehow, both mentally and physically, he set off to see the world. He never had the slightest idea that he'd be saving a completely different world with the help of others...
Strengths/weaknesses: He is a living weapon, with jaw-dropping agility and strength, but the only weapons he knows how to use is his body. As long as he retains his calm, he is one of the deadliest weapons there are, but his skills fall apart when he's upset. It takes just the right thing to upset him, however. (You'll see what that is soon enough after we start. =p)

OOC: There's still one who hasn't signed up, but I've talked with them, and they'll be entering the RP later.

IC: I sat up, and rubbed my head. The wijndow they pushed me out of wasn't THAT high, why had it knocked me out? Then, I blinked, looking around. There seemed to be colums of water in the distance, and were were on some sort of triangular platform. Yes, we, because I saw the forms of several other people around me, all unconscious but one, standing on an orange circle on the platform. He was an old man, in orange and yellow robes that looked many sizes too big. He looked withered, and there was not a single hair on him. "Awaken..." He said, gesturing to the others, and then caught sight of me. "It seems I was a bit slow." He said, in a rasping voice. This man looked as if he ought to be on his deathbed...

I awoke slowly, unsure of what had happened. Last I recalled, I'd been messing around with a new potion, and then everything had just blacked out. I was on some sort of odd platform...

I growled and touched a hand to my head, finding a small lump. Pulling my robes more tightly around my body, I glowered up at the figure in orange and yellow robes. What was going on?

I thought about mentioning that I was awake, but the usual feeling of shyness crept up my throat and seemed to block my voice. I swallowed and pulled my knees to my chest, watching as I normally did.

"Where in the Nine Hells am I?" I snapped, coming awake suddenly. The surroundings were unfamiliar to me, but then again most were. From what I could tell, it wasn't a city, though, no city looked like this. At least, in my limited experience. It was a grand enough place, I supposed, but not one I preferred. it seemed a shrine to humanity, and that, to me, was nothing that deserved even the remotest reverence. My hands snapped down to the two well-made, enchanted blades at my waist as I shot a hard look at the man who seemed to have brought me... Us, I amended, looking around... to this place.

The man looked at us all for a moment, and nodded to himself as I straightened, but kept silent. "I will instruct you who are awake, so that you may tell the others. My time is short, children, so listen well. You have been brought to the land of Hyrule, which is in grave danger. A great evil has swept the land, poisoning that which has kept it at bay, and taking it's strength from those very safeguards. You all have the potential to be a hero, and you are the last hope of this land, in it's darkest hour. I beseach you. Do not allow this evil to win, for if he does, he will doom all worlds, as surely as he has doomed this one. Faire well, children, and may this land see the light of peace once more." With that, the land blurred. We were all in a dark alleyway, filled with trash, in what appeared to be a bustling town. People walked by driving horses or ox teams pulling carts, vendors everywhere were selling their wares, but there was a sense of tension in the air, as though this was a last ditch attempt to hold onto life while their lives were crumbling around them...

Cara moaned softly, then stirred. Her hands slid under ber stomach (which she was currently laying on) and steadied her body. Pushing herself up, what met her eyes was like nothing she'd seen before.. it was another world. Moving into a more comfortable sitting position, she looked around, keeping quiet. Apperently, she wasn't the only one brought here...

I stood, letting my robes flutter around my feet as I did so. I let my hand stray into my pocket where I met something soft. I squealed with delight and pulled out a tiny, red dragon with a feathery crested head. I giggled as I crooned to it before gently holding it in my arms. At least I hadn't ended up here totally on my own.

"Where are we?" I said, my voice soft and smooth, as it normally was. It wasn't that I thought any of them would have any more idea on this whole thing than I did, but I could only hope.

I stood, stretching and working out an odd kink in my back. "No idea." I grumbled, quickly checking that my scimitars were clear in their sheathes. I added, "The sooner I'm out of here, though, the better. Look at all this filth." I gestured around, as if to disply the garbage and squalor of the city.

I noticed the kink in his back. "Would you like some help with that?" I asked gently, absently petting the dragon in my arms. It wasn't that I expected him to let me, he seemed a bit, well, set in his own ways. I thought it best not to comment on the state of the city. I had seen far worse, after all.

"It would be helpful." I said cooly, a little surprised inwardly that she would offer aid to me. I added, "I don't really need it, though. I won't be with any of you long. I see no reason to stay when my woods need my aid." I shuddered to think what the state of them would be without the protection of the "Forest Shadow," The mysterious ghostly guradian of them.

I closed my eyes as I spoke, focusing some healing energy into his back. "I doubt that you'll be able to escape this world. We've been taken from our homes to complete a task. I highly doubt that we'll be able to return without finishing it."

The cool tone to my voice was something I was unused to. I laughed inwardly. I had to keep that in control.

"If you two would hush fora moment, perhaps I could expplain what little I know." I muttered, not darkly, just matter-of-fact to the two. "From what little I know, we've been told to 'cleanse' some places here of an evil. And since I have no idea how we got here, I have no idea how we'll get ou-" I was explaining, but stopped as I felt something in my pocket. I immidiately pulled out a roll of paper, and unfolded it. There was a circle in a place called "Hyrule Castle Town" and several X's placed across the map. "Hmmm..."

"I'll find a way..." I growled, stalking off. "I don't want to be involved with any of this." I snorted and said, "Why would I want to save... People..." I shook my head disgustedly. I muttered "Thanks for the help, though." Before leaving the group behind.

I growled and placed a forcefield of air around him and pulled him back to us. "I think," I said calmly. "that you ought to stay here. You won't get back without help."

I cast a glance at the map. "I'm guessing those Xs are what we're supposed to be cleansing... But how do we do that?"

I sighed. I had dealt with rangers and druids before, and he acted like one perfectly. So, I said "It's not just the people. According to what I heard, the whole world is doomed, and if we don't stop him here, he'll come to other ones. From what I understand, he'll kill off the forests, poison the oceans and the skies, and so on." I was lying of course, he hadn't told me that, but an educated guess told me it would probably happen. "So, it looks like you just may have a reason to help us." I noticed the girll again, and in answer to her question, I said "I assume so. It wasn't with me until after the old man spoke."

I clenched a fist at his statement, thinking of my beautiful woods destroyed. I growled, "Fine. But allow me to make it clear that I'm only working with you as long as I'm forced to and if I disagree with our course, I'll have no part of it." I turned to the girl and said harshly, "Never do that again. Never."

I cowered slightly before him, hurt. I was only trying to help him, after all. I bit back the hurt, keeping it from my face, but unable to keep it out of my green eyes. I merely cast my gaze at the ground, my stature diminished slightly. "As you wish," I whispered quietly, not daring to look back up at him.
