3rd Gen Cloning On Ruby Version

Well through my years of pokemon i have had some pretty distinct pokemon, Knowing my friend hes always jealous of Me, I have a pokemon i want to clone so i can give to Him, Does anybody know how ? Thx,

Hmmm... You are probably already aware of this, but there is a method of cloning pokémon by using PKMN Emerald Version... However, I've never heard of a method of cloning pokémon through PKMN Ruby Version... Sorry... :(

You can actually clone in every pokemon game... It's just hard and risky and you need two games. :<
The easy way is Emerald though and you use the Battle Tower PC. I'm sure there's a guide on the internet if you need one. There's no easy way in Ruby though.
