BAHAHAHA. It's hilarious that they think this will move the Earth significantly. Someone on the board I found this on did some kind of physics equation to determine that the Earth would move about 0.000000000000492m for about 1 second. Try to grasp how nearly infinitesimal that number is. That is really tiny. The average atom is about 0.0000000001m-0.0000000002m. What's even more hilarious is that even if everyone jumped, everyone would be in a different timezone, and one side would probably negate the other. WHAT CRAZYNESS.
