a lot of airports have them and if you go to college and they have it for your laptops you might be able to use DS to access it also

ok cool i found a few the only bad thing is the closest one is like 13-14 miles away in carbondale but i asked my mom if over the weekend we could stop there so hopefully i can trade with you guys oh and do i need to know the persons ID's before i can trade with them

Yeah you need the other person's Friend Code and you need one too.
