3rd Gen Contests

I think contests were the best thing to happen to pokemon since Johto.
 
Really? I haven't bothered much with them XD

*I've only mastered the "Cute" category*
 
They're interesting. Not interesting enough to make them into anything big but it's kinda fun to have to do something a little hard instead of battle level 20 opponents with your level 36 Blaziken. =P
 
Contests are great I master with beuaty.
 
I agree with Pokedragonfire. They're interesting, but not enough to get me addicted to them or anything. For one thing, they're too long, and go on for about 10 minutes a session. Well-trained, one can do the Elite Four in less than 10 minutes. If they were shorter, then I'd get more into them. But until then...
 
I want them to be more like the TV counterpart. If we could design routines and stuff...it'd be a lot more fun.
 
That would make it interesting, since when you think about it, Ice Beam isn't really beautiful, and you can give Pink Pokeblocks to a Muk and it can win the Cute Contest. If Game Freak made it more believable, I'd like it a whole lot more.
 
lol thats the pokemon i won with too , was wondering what do u get from beating all of em except for the star?
 
Pokemon contests aren't that great really.All you get win you win them all is a trainer star and a glass pidgeot.I only did it for the star.
 
They are a nice addition. So, if you aren't the best battler, you can have your fun at contests! Too bad it can't be multiplayer. Then, it'll be a real contest. ^^
 
i usually dont join tornaments lol usually if i go it is with a friend or i am just chattin the whole time lol
 
i dont follow u i am simply posting in threads i find intiresting is there a problem? (mabye that means we got stuff in common O.o)

On topic - If they were multiplayer, then that would make it a lot more fun. Although I don't have any real friends who like Pokemon so :P
 
I luff contests! They're a nice alternative for people like me who suck at battling. I feel bad for making the little guys fight all the time... ^_^ And it's actually a use for the move splash.

BTW, I thought you could do multiplayer contests. At least my game says you can.
 
You can blend berries via multiplayer, but definitely not contests. If only a real Nintendo executive was readnig this... ^_~
