Corners help, be played or not?

    You know some cards from EX Team Rocket Returns and some other sets but mosty EX Team Rocket Returns; some of the rare cards have corners that are cut bady and I did get booster packs at Electronics boutique etc so they are real!
    Can they be played at Tournaments?
    I got the deck in coloured back cases and about 5 with corners that are like that.
