creating my first ev battle team

    hey guys, im here couse i want to make my first ev trained battle team, however i dont know what natures i should be looking to get, or what movesets to give them or what to Ev train them in, anyway here are the pokemon im thinking of using (also if there are any pokemon that you think i should swap for something elce please say)

    Lapras
    Magby
    Elekid
    Pidgy/Starly
    Chikorita/Turtwig
    also i dont know what to use as my last pokemon so any advice for it would be great

    also what items to give wouldbe a great help
