    Umm, in the cave of origin when it is raining heavely outside, and you are running to battle Kyogre, you hear stomping as you get closer! How is this possible and what is making it?
     
    I think that is the pokemon, they are upset or something like that
     
    In the strategy guide it says that each step you take disturbs the silence, causing the place to rumble and shake and wild Pokemon to come at you.
