CSS Help?

I don't know if this is the right place..or if it's allowed, if not..sorry..

Anyways, I need help with the CSS in my signature. Of course, it doesn't want to be simple so I cant figure it out. ;;

Well, you see that box at the top of my signature? I want one there and on the bottom but I cant make it do that! D: Help? Please?
