[Other] Cyclone Not Working

Hey guys, I'm editing the title screen in firered using this

tutorial, and I need cyclone. But, I have used many downloads, and all I get when I open it it reads: "Unexpected error"



Nobody else seems to have this problem, does anyone know how to fix this?

Just use one of the other title screen tutorials on Pokecommunity. And Cyclone has never worked for me either. But you can try running in compatabilty mode or admin mode.

I tried compatibility and admin, still doesn't work. Currently using spherical ice's tutorial, we'll see how it goes.
