Well damn. :/

I have had bad experiences with English teachers. Although the one I have now is better than my boyfriend's Econ teacher who outright told the class that she was sure they knew more about Economics than she did.
Was this in College or High School? Because I think a lot of Colleges have RateMyProfessor, which is where students that already have the class give insights on how the class was conducted, how the teacher went about their business like teaching from the book, having desperate lecture notes, what the tests are based upon.

I've never had too much trouble with teachers... but I think I have a pretty likable personality (although I'm not at all popular) so, they just always seem to like me.

My 10th and 12th grade english teacher (same guy) is really cool in a lot of ways, and really likes me, but he just made it so obvious that he hated teaching English... his class was unnecessarily difficult because of it. (He's normally a history teacher.)

Oh, and 8th grade algebra... EVERYONE hates Mrs. Turner. lol

She came close to making me cry once, although that was back when I was still really emotionally unstable.
I have, I think about ever year until High School 11th and 12th. I have questions, called out, or been at ones with one teacher or another. Some I just do not agree with their polices or there teaching what so ever. I realize I am the student and they are the authority figure teacher, but back then I was disagreeable with some of them, as they either came off as jerks or I disagree with there methods or was unhappy with their lack of enthusiasm and knowledge for the subject they where teaching. Some of my teachers were probably like the one that almost made you cryed. I was never afraid of them, if they call me out I would have a verbal spat with them during class. They may try an intimidate you, but I wouldn't budge.

my teachers like me. n_n

i'm so different in all my classes though. in science, english and history i don't talk at all unless somebody asks me something and it really works out well for me, the teachers give me great grades and reports on my report card, and i'm not the kind of quiet kid who people don't like; the girls are always saying it's so cute how quiet i am.

however in math, study hall and my related classes i talk sooooo much, i'm in the popular groups in those classes. i still get good grades and the teachers don't mind our talking so much, if they're bothered they start calling us up to the board more than usual and the point gets across that we should shut up.

i still hate my english class though, the teacher is great but i don't like the people in the class. or at least the side i'm on. the other side is actually alright and i know a few people, however on the first day i was late to that class and so the only open seat was right in the middle with a whole bunch of people i don't like.

That's just plain weird. Girls always try to talk to me until they realize how anti social I am. They don't find it cute, and they just leave me alone. There was one girl and one guy in particular that wouldn't leave me alone though. They were both really super talkative, and popular, and when the popular kids talk to me, I always get the feeling that they're making fun of me, but I dunno... those two really made me feel like we were friends after awhile, which is a first for me.

I even got invited to a couple parties, which I didn't go to of course.

I've had problems with teachers in the past, mostly because I acted stuck up and carefree to remove my self from the "Glasses+Smart=Nerd" stereotype, I guess, although I don't always act like that.
As for social standing, I'm not a 'popular' kid, but I guess I'm in the middle, and well-liked as I'm pretty funny.

speaking of school, i have a rough draft of a two page essay due tomorrow and i haven't even gotten started. it's already 10pm. :(

I have exams coming up and on top of it, grades go in next week. I'm so glad that I don't have to present in front of a business group this 9 weeks. We had to make a database for our project so that would be boring presenting it in front of business peoples, according to what my teacher say.

I don't talk to people 'cuz I'm shy and/or almost never have anything to say. And... I cannot believe you didn't go to a party you were invited to! What. Why?

Mm... I had a rough draft of a 5-page paper due last Friday. Guess what I didn't do.
Nice. /never does work until the last possible minute

I had a 10-part English project due Friday that I didn't do. I told myself I was going to do it over the weekend, but I never did...

I do that sometimes with my homework too. I keep saying i'll do most of it or all of it on one day so then I can relax on the other, but I end up procrastinating and doing it very late at night. ):

I think I only recall doing homework this year maybe 5 times? I don't know why, but I just didn't do it. Home is too distracting to do homework for me, and I focus like, 5 times better at school. When i set my mind to it, I can get good grades and squeeze 5 hours of work into one. I once managed to squeeze in 2 whole weeks of work in just 2 days before.

But now I don't have school, and won't ever again unless I pursue further study.

Well, I don't know for sure, but it probably wasn't the type of party I would want to go to. You know, drugs and alcohol etc.

Now that I think about it, he also said that he could hook me up with a girl for sure, if I went. That might seem good for some of you, but it's really not my thing.
