Mmm, maybe you want to change it so that the navigation is somewhere outside of the frame?

Then use the frame more like an iframe...

It's not frames, it's just a lot of tables.

And I'm gonna shove all the non-important stuff (Nav, Topsites etc.) at the bottom.
