Dawn's VA? I'm Confused!!!

Hi. Does anybody know who Dawn's VA is. I thought it was Emlyn Morinelli but people says it's Lisa Ortiz eventhough she voices for 4Kids. Here's a video I found that compares Dawn's voice to a girl named Liza voiced by Lisa Ortiz.

The voice sounds kinda the same to me but I don't know what to think... Does anybody know the answer to her real VA?

I think her VA's name is Emily Bauer, but I'm not completely sure. I've also heard her being called Emily Jenness before, too. I assume it's the same person.

It's not Lisa Ortiz.

i have a question... Who cares? J/k, but i don't think it is particularly nessicary to know the voice actor, unless you're a producer and/or director of the show...
