I was reading up on DP, and it said they brought back the day and night system, they had introduced in GSC. Is this true? If so, thats kinda funny since, the main reason I was lead to believe they took it out in RSE then LG FR, was because of all the crazy parental emails and letters Nintendo recieved, because of kids not turning the gameboy off at night. Which inturn the kids hadn't slept, and fell asleep during school.

If they brought it back, cooool. I liked it, even though I myself suffered from the same problem. Staying up til 3am, to catch a hoothoot. lol If they did bring it back, did they make it as evil as in GSC, like 3 versions of day, which made nighttime catching annoying. Or did they even it out to just night and day?

Lemme know, im curious, because now I have a kid. Which would mean... no gameboy after X time at night once we get DP. lol Thanks. ^^

yes, its true. actually, i was very happy that they brought it back. i like that fact that some Pokémon are Nocturnal, and some aren't. it gives it more of a Real Life feel to it. especially now, because you have the Daytime, Sunset, Night, Sunrise, and Daytime again, not like the G/S series Day, Night, Day... i love it. and i have two kids, but its not that bad. not for me. lol one goes to bed at 7:30 and the other at 8:00. lol :D

Actually, instead of 3 versions of the day there are 5, making the problem worse, but considering it is summer, I do not think it should be a problem. Also, now that the game is on the DS, you can change the time by changing the time on your DS.

actually, on the older games, you could've set the time to whenever you wanted to, as long as you hadn't already started the game. lol

yeah, in the Advance Generation, it was kind of a Hit or Miss kind of deal. either you got one or the other, no ifs ands or buts. lol
