deciding leafeon 4th move

    I have an impish eevee with good iv's, I'm going to use it for a physical wall leafeon i decided 3 of its moves:

    Leafeon
    leaf guard
    impish
    252 def/252 attack/6 hp
    leaf blade
    sword dance
    wish
    ?????????

    should i keep it as an eevee until it learns baton pass or just give it another attack? should i use 252 hp/6 attack instead?

    Since it is an Impish and doesnt have a good special attk, =.= dont evo it until it learns Baton Pass.
