If someone were to ask you to smoke while you were at school would you accept their request or denie it as every parent would wish?. Here's a small story for it.

"Come on smoking's cool." said this one good. You look at the cigarette as she glanced at you. "and you get to be cool like us." said a boy. "What do you say."

so if you were in this sitution would you accept the offer or would you deny it.

i would also add some more kind of these stories later on kind of like this one after one has been answered by a few members.

I wouldn't because I care about my health, I wouldn't let myself get hooked on that crap. It's not just because my parents or other influences it's my own opinion.

somewhat of a smart desicion. Would you honestly say "no" to the one who made the offer?.

Yeah - who wouldn't take the option to be cool and slowly kill yourself[/sarcasm]

No, I wouldn't. I've been offered cigarettes before by friends at parties and stuff but luckily nobody I know pressures you into doing it. Like they don't go "oh I'm not your friend if you don't smoke". They respect that I don't smoke. I don't smoke because personally I think you'd have to be an idiot to - nothing good comes out of it. You're killing your body and then get addicted and continue to do it.

I know of kids in my school who have gotten expelled for smoking in school. I would decline it with a laughing no because I don't need that stuff in my life to have a good time. I have tried it before yes, (as in weed, never tried and never will a cigarette) but I never got hooked on it and I vowed I wouldn't because I am just not interested in it.

Alright. So it's been made. The answer is simply "no" I wouldn't want to smoke for the first story.

here's the 2nd. they get harder and harder.

You know your friend is in love with this particular person like in forever but, your starting to like them too. When your friend asks you to see if they like your friend back. you return saying what?.
you know you like this person but your friend is like in love with him/her forever and you know he/she has a connection with your friend. Would you honestly tell your friend what their crush said or simply make up a answer?..

I'd be honest and tell him/her what I felt, but if I knew how much my friend liked this person I'd let my friend stay with him.

Really?. Even if you love him as if he were the only to love, you just give him away like that?

    Wait wait wait.

Why would the friend ask in the first place? Is she... worried that I'll take him? Do they think that I would be as selfish take the so called "love of their life" away just because I have a crush? Crushes come and go, like the tides, and the person you find hot today... well, turns out he's a complete idiot tomorrow.

If the friend is worked up enough about this territorial issue... enough to get extremely upset and break the friendship between me and her because I find this man attractive...

Well, that's a pretty lousy friend.

I'd be honest about the guy. Then I'd be honest about my opinion of the friend.

It's these kind of realizations that separate the douchebags that want to manipulate, use or only listen to you at certain times rather than the friend that actually cares about your well being. A friend who cares about you would not be as paranoid as to ask about a relationship with a third party, and if told the truth and they hated me for it, well, the douche can live happy with her lies.

In the end, Truth >>>>>>>>>> being nice.

No. I'm highly resistant to peer pressure, and I care about my health (and with all the sin taxes attached to them, my wallet too).

I like smoking the cigarettes that say, "Extra strength", cause I know it'll make me even cooler! :D

what? You honestly would just give in your health for being cool? That's just a big gamble...

No because I know too many people to be caught doing it. that's why I smoke at home in my own time....

Hah, no. Smoking doesn't make people cool, it makes them die. I'd neeever accept a cigarette or any kind of drug.
