Desktop Gadgets Not Working?

I'm using Windows 7 Home Basic(32 Bit).My weather gadget is not working, it is displaying a message "Cannot connect to service''. and other all gadgets are also not working properly.Do anyone encountered this problem if so Please Help....:(

It's actually suggested you disable all sidebar gadgets because Microsoft did confirm that they pose a security risk.

Apparently some apps were disabled for security reasons in a system update, including the weather app. Take a look here for more information:

Ohk, it will be danger for my computer to leave them open, i will surely disable them as soon as possible,anyways thanks!
