Yes, she did. Both Staami and Tattsu were left in the care of her sisters in the episode "Hanada Gym! Underwater Battle" ("The Misty Mermaid", if you prefer dub titles).

She didn't "give it away." Jesus. Why does everyone use that term when a Pok?mon is no longer in a person's posession? She clearly said she was letting her sisters BORROW them. Since she's back at the Gym as the Gym Leader now, they're back with her.
