That's not really a sprite -sprites are normally 64x64 size icons rather than normal size images of characters
If the others you make will be sprites this can just stay in this section, but if you want to use normal size images it can be moved to graphics ^^

And sprites are usually an icon from a video game. You can improve if you don't squash the V-Mon that much... And also, don't make such a big picture size if it's only going to fill up so little of it.
