DISNEY's Lion King? Wha?

Wow, I remember seeing a commercial for that movie once, and my brother and I thought that they had copied The Lion King. O_o; I didn't know it was the other way around. That's really interesting... I'd like to see the movie just to really be able to compare the two. I still love TLK, but it couldn't have been a coincidence that it was so much like the other, and I think that Disney should admit that.

Kimba is Lion King. They are both based off the African folkstory aren't they? Tezuka's version just happened to come out sooner...about 30 years before. So it would be easy for people to say that Disney stole it^^;

Either way, they both were good movies, and evenThough I enjoyed the Kimba manga more...TLK was better of the three for me at least ^^;
