    what is the worst thing about conquest

    i think it is that you are limited to 1 set move on that pokemon

    I think that's what's pretty cool about it. ;)
    If you had more moves it wouldn't be that interesting to select a team ;)

    I guess the only disappointing thing was that I didn't know how to recruit warlords in my first playthrough xD

    So in other words, I don't really have anything that would disappoint me in the game.
    I was disappointed that you cannot return to the main story but Hero's episode changed all that =)

    @ ash493 yes when i was researching it i wondered if there was any warlord rematches
    turns out there is not too bad
    you were saying about hero's episode? what is that?

    To be honest I was looking forward to playing conquest, having "A New Way of Battling" and all ..

    Turns out it's almost exactly like Mystery Dungeon :/ and the main story is exceptionally short ( considering it being a $34 game ; I'd say it's worth buying it at 29 or lower imo) .

    Overall -

    Dislikes: Short Story , Mystery Dungeon copy , story isn't as good as the main pokemon games

    Likes: Likes? well I liked Nobunaga's Rayquaza XD did I mention it's shiny O_o man how'd he get one lol

    Peace

    It's something you unlock after beating all special episodes.

    @JaySawn: You need to play special episodes ;) You can say that the game-story is only prologue ;)
    And if you are wondering where Nobunaga got his Rayquaza, finish all episodes :D

    I thought the so called prologue was the main story O_o

    As highlighted ^ ;

    It didn't really appeal enough for me to continue anywho ; when I saw I couldn't play my main char after the prologue I got a lil upset cause was thinking ( why would I wanna use another char that's not mine and start over on it? )

    Also disliked the concept of chess being the focus of the game ;

    EVERYONE KNOWS A CHARIZARD CAN BASH THROUGH WOODEN WALLS AND NOT GO AROUND IT!

    Welcome to the world of SRPG. And to be fair to the developers, determining whether or not each one of the 600+ Pokemon can get through wooden walls, slither through bars or melt iron walls can get very tedious very quickly.

    I personally had no qualms with it. It did get a tad boring after the main story, though.

    True , I was being sarcastic on that part though ; was stating that I didn't like that pokemon were chess pieces ( which in terms cannot do the things that pokemon usually do in the main game series ).

    Conquest is pretty good. You get to play from basically all the Warlords' own POV. And I want the shiny Rayquaza. IT is also pretty cool because you get to 'link' with legendaries such as Mewtwo, Articuno, Arceus, etc.

    If we take your idea into consideration... which Pokémon cannot go through wooden walls?

    As I mentioned, you can get shiny Rayquaza in Hero's episode =D

    =/...let's just say when I heard conquest had a "New" way of battling with pokemon , I expected it to be something different , turns out ( as I said before ) it's almost exactly like mystery dungeon ( which I didn't care for ) . I tried it, but the lasting appeal didn't appeal long enough for me enough to continue ; that and I didn't care for the playstyle ( still think it should've been like $29 or lower xD )

    I thought itwould be good when I first saw screenies, now I've seen gameplay and it's crap, In my opinion it's an embarrassment to the Pokemon franchise.

    i got it yesterday and it is one of the best spinn offs eever

    already on flying nation

    This started off about the negative things in Conquest and is not turning into an opinion thread, which I made a while back. Right here. https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/283111

    Let's just use that one instead because this one's becoming more of a chit-chat.

    Locked.
