Like when I saw Skeleton Key, when they did that Voodoo stuff, I was like, "What if that was true?" But then I realized that's against are Religion, and I could burn in Hell for even thinking about it. :classic:

The possibility of aliens out there is actually scientifically possible.. thinking about how big the universe really is. It'd be unusual if Earth was the only planet in the entire universe that had life. o.o

As for ghosts, I dunno.. I think it's unlikely, but whatevers.

Aliens are very possible, IMO. People at NASA don't beleive in them really, but I think that here are so many planets and galaxies out there, it'd be weird if our planet was the only one with intelligent life forms. Other planets have microorganisims for sure though, and I guess you could call the ones the don't live on earth aliens. Ghost, on the other hand, I think are just illusions created by the Devil to scare us.

I choosed yes for both. For ghosts, I believe that they are just people and other animals that do not have bodies, and probably manifest themselves as electrical or magnetic interferences. As for aliens, I personally feel that, because the universe is so large, and because we can already prove the existence of other solar systems out there with planets, we can't completely dismiss the fact that one or more of them might be inhabitated. I don't think that living organisms need an environment like Earth to survive; organisms like bacteria have proven themselves to be capable of life even in outer space.

I'm keeping an open mind on both matters, though. You know, the nature of such topics.

Mainly because I believe I saw a cat shaped ghost when I was 5, and saw an orange UFO like object in the sky when I was 8.

I don't think the word "believe" is right for this one. If your the person you don't "believe" that either one of them exist, you "know" they exist. Only someone that doesn't have the same point of view uses that term.

I don't believe in either, mainly because:

Aliens: I see even the smallest of lifeforms as such an incredibly-improbable thing to exist that I seriously doubt that the same circumstances could ever arise twice (and this can apply to both arguments for the reason for life)

Ghosts: I usually boil it down to the fact that our eyes can definitely deceive us in the dark and that humans tend to desire to give a form to anything formless that they see, i.e. how people see animals in the clouds, etc.

Ghosts: I'm undecided. I've seen some weird things that could've been ghosts, and I'm not sure if I should trust what everyone else says about them ^^;

Aliens: I think so. We can't be the only life beings in the universe... the universe is big... haven't seen any proof though ^^;

I believe in both. I strongly believe that there is live on other planets; in our solar system, I have a strong feeling that there is life on mars. What annoys me, though, is that scientists keep with the "OmG lyfeis oNly p0ssablE on Urth and Mars L0l!!!" While I do think that it is most likely that mars has intelligent life, the scientists are only really looking for signs of life that humans could have left. There cold be a whole friggin other species of intelligent life that's learned to adapt to its planet's environment. Maybe they can breathe off of methane and eat rocks or something. Maybe they don't have to breathe or eat at all. I dunno.

On the topic of Ghosts, Most of my friends and I are into paranormal/supernatural stuff, so we always make note of when we feel strange presences in certain areas. I've had my share of unexplainable things happen to me. So, yes, I believe in both aliens and ghosts.
