Do you watch the dub?

Sorry if there's a thread like this but do you watch the pokemon dub? I only watch the important episodes like the contest/gym battles episodes. Sometimes I watch the eps on the weekends if I had a chance. I don't really like how 4kids dub it now. Its usually the one-shot characters with the same VA and sometimes they even have the crappiest dub names. *coughs* Jackson, Harrison, SWAMPY?. What the heck? Some of those are last names! No offence to people.

I used to watch the weekday dubs whenever I get a chance, but now I just watch the weekend ones and Fridays. I might sneak in a weekday dub once in a while.

You know, I hardly watch Pokemon anymore...lately. I still like it--don't get me wrong--but there hasn't been any new episodes on Saturday so I usually just skip it altogether. Occasionally, I'll tune into Cartoon Network and watch an old ep there, but that's about it. Like Solar said, you can tell it's the same people doing all the voices. I mean, you're a voice actor/actress...TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT WITH YOUR VOICE! It just gets annoying. Especially Veronica Taylor, sorry to say. There are only two voices she can do as far as I'm concerned--there's Ash and then there's Delia Ketchum. One or the other. If it's a boy--she'll shoot for Ash's voice again. If it's a girl, like May, she'll do Delia's. Wow. ^_^; I like her and all, but really...heh.

I watch the new dub episodes, and that's it.
I'm not that concerned about old Hoenn episodes. Besides, I can't watch it on the weekdays because for some odd reason, it comes on at three (where everywhere else in our time zone it comes on at four. I have yet to figure out why :/), and I'm on the bus then. By the time I come home, it's 3:40, during Yu-gi-oh.

I forget when the old ones on CN are on ^^;; Those are the only ones I'd actually watch that are old. :/

Normally I just watch the new dub episodes and repeats if I happen to catch them on.

The fact that they use the same voice actors a lot can be quite annoying but also it can be quite fun. I found it funny when I realized Prof. Birch sounded like Yami Yugi...it was even more funny because I realized when Birch was giving Max a lecture on Golbats XD I pictured Yami doing that stood in a white labcoat *lol*

I still watch the dubs. Old and new! I guess I'm too much of a fanatic sweeties! :P

**smiles.** I usually just watch on weekends, though if I feel like it, I'll watch on the weekdays too. I agree about the weird dub names. @@ And the same voice actors, though admittedly it *can* be fun. XD I remember one time I was just listening to an episode and not really watching it and I heard one of the guest characters and it suddenly dawned on me that he sounded like little Yugi. XD So I automatically looked up, almost expecting to see him. LOL.

I tape all the episodes. So I only need to get the new weekend ones really.
I also watch the Japanese episodes off downloads from friends. the newest ones are very good Grovyle and Combusken rock!
