Does anyone in here know how to make Pokemon Spirits into PC icon file?

    I know there is a pokemon spirits making contest in the community.
    But do you think making them into pc icon files and use them as apps icon is more meaningful than just creating?
     
    Do you mean sprites? ^^;; If you do, this doesnt belong here..so I'll move it there *I think that's what you're talking about o_O*
     
    Irfanview can make cursors, icons, I personally made and re-designed every icon on my desktop. :O
