Does anyone please have a feebas? =(

I have spent hours the past couple of nights trying to find a feebas but i just cant find one... =( please can someone breed me a feebas? i dont mind what gender or lv or nature it is, i just really need a feebas... ive tried as much as i can to get one but i cant...

if anyone would give me a feebas, i have all of the starters, completely un-hacked:

Bulbasaur
Charmander
Squirtle
Chickorita
Cyndaquil
Totodile
Treecko
Torchic
Mudkip
Turtwig
Chimchar
Piplup

The egg just hatched, but it is a male :( luckily though i have 2 eggs, ill hatch the second one.
