Does anyone still 4th gen or 5th gen RNG and transfer all over to X and Y?

    So I honestly didn't know where to put this, but I have been looking for 4th gen rng for a while.

    So I ask this question for two reasons. I do honestly want to find someone who can 4th gen rng for me and in general I was wondering if the practice has just become extinct due to the oras move tutors.

    For those wondering, I need is a decently competitive Stunky/Skuntank with Sucker Punch (4th gen exclusive tutor move). Hence the need for rng in the 4th gen.
