3rd Gen Dont know what to do in fucshia city and saffron city in fire red

I am stuck on what should I do in Safron and fuscia city in fire red?

If you are in Saffron, You need to take care of team rocket in the big building in town, then you can go to the Saffron Gym. PM Me for more

After you defeat team rocket, beat Sabrina then go to the Dojo in Saffron fight and defeat the dojo gym leader then choose the pokemon you want as your reward. The choices are Hitmonchan, and Hitmonlee.

You get the 2 HM's in Fuschia.

And I already beat the mojo gym and picked hitmochan so i have to beat team rocket
oh..yah um do you have to beat koga or sabrina first for the bade becuase I think you have to go in order
