    what exactly is the dubious Disk? I have one but have no clue what its meant for.
     
    I think when you make a Porygon hold it and trade it, it evolves or something. I'm not exactly sure how, but I know it's used to make Porygon evolve.
     
    give it to porygon 2 and trade it and it becomes porygon z.
     
    nope, its made specifiaclly for evolving porygon 2 to porygon z, thats it.
