    By the mid 90's, beat 'em ups were on the verge of extinction, and it was becoming to see a rare old-school feeling beat 'em up. In 1996, Sega released this game. Haven't played it in years, but it's good, and I just got a Saturn version of it. It's really a hard game. You earn extra credits by playing "Deep Scan", which you select from the title screen. There was a sequel for the Dreamcast in either 1999 or 2000 (don't remember what year) that was released in the US as "Dynamite Cop".
