I have edited intro sprite, but the trainer card's sprite remains as Hiro's in Gold! How can I fix this so that the trainer card's sprite is what it needs to be? I mean, I've searched the ROM for the original data that represents the compressed intro sprite, but... no luck, it could not be found anywhere else in the ROM, apart from the place that, when edited, shows your edited sprite in the intro but not the trainer card!

The trainer card sprite is stored also as an uncompressed image in the rom which is in the same rom bank with all the other stuff related to trainer card.

What comes to editing the intro graphics on black background, those graphics are also stored in uncompressed format so you can edit them and then re-write the tilemap used for showing the graphics. Search in Skeetendo Inc. for more info if needed.

Aye aye aye, I thank thee. So, it's UNcompressed, therefore the compressed stuff I searched for did not match anywhere in the ROM. Got it. I'll uncompress it myself and search for the bytes in the uncompressed file through the ROM.

The easiest way to find the picture is to search for the bytes of the image of how it is shown with Memory Viewer when it is loaded to VRAM. Use 'Tile Viewer' of VBA to check out, where the picture is loaded to exactly.
