    OK first off you have to have a plot. which you dont. you also have to have a formality like the pperson's name,age,gender,ect. dont make another thread with out it

    Well, I think what you want to do is make an RP based on a town filled with Eevee and it's Eeveelutions, right? Some sort of a no rule RPG where you can do anything you want with your character, yes?

    Well, first off, as people have said, you need a Plot. A plot is something that will give the members who join an idea of what you want them to do...sort of like a short story.

    Now if you are doing something alongt he lines of an Eevee filled town, then you would need to describe the setting, in otherwords, describe the town, and whats there. FOr example, there could be a Lake there is could be a city, the country side, anything, but you have to describe it for members to know what they are doing.

    You may also want to add some background info on the town, like if it is only for Eevee's, how did it become an Eevee town with no humans or other Pokemon, where is this town (Jhoto, Kanto ext or based in the real world)

    You have an idea, otherwise you wouldnt have been able to come up with the title, you just need to give a short plot on where and when this takes place ^_^

    My advice to you is give the rules a once over, read the information that the members have gven you here and edit the first post when you have an idea ^_^
