Ok I need help editing my team, so I have come here. This is my main team and I am right in front of the Elite Four door, but my team isn't ready yet. Also my team must know those HM moves, excluding Rock Smash, so if you take out a HM move another pokemon on my team has to learn it.

    Blastoise Lv55 @ Leftovers
    Hardy
    - Earthquake
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Skull Bash

    Pidgeot Lv55 @ Leftovers
    Relaxed
    - Return
    - Steel Wing
    - Fly
    - Aerial Ace

    Raichu Lv55 @ Sitrus Berry
    Brave
    - Thunder
    - Thunderbolt
    - Mega Punch
    - Brick Break

    Graveler Lv54 @ Quick Claw
    Hardy
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Rock Smash*
    - Magnitude

    Flareon Lv54 @ Persim Berry
    Relaxed
    - Fire Blast
    - Flamethrower
    - Secret Power
    - Dig

    Snorlax Lv54 @ Persim Berry
    Naive
    - Focus Punch
    - Psychic
    - Body Slam
    - Strength

*NOTE* I know Rock Smash was a bad idea.

Why?!? All HM moves suck except for Surf. Teaching them to your main Pokemon is a bad idea. If you want to use HM moves to get around the game, teach them to Pokemon you won't use on your team, like Pidgey for Fly or Sandshrew for Strength.

    Blastoise Lv55 @ Leftovers
    Hardy
    - Earthquake
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest

Rest over Skull Bash, since all moves that take two turns suck (excluding Solarbeam under the effects of Sunny Day).

    Pidgeot Lv55 @ Leftovers
    Relaxed
    - Return
    - Steel Wing
    - Fly
    - Aerial Ace

Pidgeot is a bad bird Pokemon. Dodrio is much better:

    Dodrio @Choice Band
    -Return
    -Drill Peck
    -Steel Wing
    -Quick Attack

    Raichu Lv55 @ Sitrus Berry
    Brave
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt
    - Thunder Wave
    - Focus Punch

    Golem Lv54 @ Quick Claw
    Hardy
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Explosion
    - Double-Edge

    Evolve it please.

    Flareon Lv54 @ Persim Berry
    Relaxed
    - Fire Blast
    - Body Slam/Return
    - Shadow Ball
    - Quick Attack

    Snorlax Lv54 @ Leftovers
    Naive
    - Earthquake/Shadow Ball
    - Rest

    - Body Slam
    - Sleep Talk

Take Leftovers from Pidgeot and put them on Snorlax. They're much more useful that way.

aragornbird, sense Pidgeot is a bad bird Pokemon and I don't feel like training my doduo, how about one of the legendary birds? Also I don't think my Graveler will be evolving any time soon.

Just trade graveler over to a another game and trade it back.

    Thats how it evolves

with blastoise at level 55,there is no way he could take on Gary's Arcanine at level 61.
My plan is for you to take Zapdos in order to defeat Lorelei,Agatha, and Lance, with 1 thunder their pokemons should faint.Blastoise still work best against runo at level 55,but with Gary is Arcanine at Lv. 61 it might take time.
Bring alot of Hyper Posion,Max Revive around 20 or 30 would be good.

3 pokemon that would work well, and the other you can choose
    Blastoise
    Zapdos(lv. 60-70)
    Vileplume(60-70)

I know how it evolves. I said that, because I have no one to trade with.

ok, if you can't trade it with anyone....you're screwed. if you want you can change graveler...you probably don't want to....what about Rhydon?

You know what? I going to start over my game and build a better team from scratch, with a new squirtle. Anyone got advice for new pokemon for my team?

Now dont do that, but if you insist on doing so:

I would only change gravler and pidgeot. no need to start ALL the way over

    Dodrio and Rhydon

Conman do you know any other kids that have FR/LG so you can trade them your blastoise and then start over a new game and get Charmander evolve it into Charizard that way you would have 2 starters on your team,n you would be able to kick Gary *** in the league by Blastoise and Charizard at his Blastoise

Ok guys I'm going start over, but before I do what about this future team. Also I could need help with natures and future attacks. If possible no moves I have to breed for or things I would have trade for.

Ideally, you'll want a bunch of Leftovers, a Choice Band, and maybe a boosting berry. But there are only two Leftovers in-game, and CB and boosting berries are only in R/S/E. Get the Leftovers first and use whatever items benefit you for the rest.
