I...don't think this is much of an intro, rather than asking for ROM Hack help. You can ask for a few tips, and advice at the Emulation section. I'm sure there's a few tutorials and tools to hack a Black & White rom. You can always ask the Emulation mods, as well as the other rom hackers there for any help you need.
