email never sent for activation?

    I'm at my friends house and when it says email sent he checked his email it's been a day now and it hasn't registered... Is there any reason for that?
     
    Due to the high server stress level, it's possible that the activation email request didn't get through all the way.

    If you give us the username of your friend, we can manually activate the account for him.
     
    Alright, the account has been activated. Your friend should be able to post in all forums now.
