Emulation help(Mario bros 3)

I need help editing smb3. How do you make Mario ALWAYS have the P-wing(kirby replaces mario). |How do you make luigi jump higher and run faster?
This is my first posted thread in the "others" form. If it's in the wrong place. If not, tell me(I'll get rid of the stuff between the slashs)|

Well sweetie, I assume ASM hacking could solve that...I think.

Problem is that hacking requires the hex program. Assuming you don't have it and you don't know how to hack normally, you should just look up game genie and pro action replay codes to see if they have those. Both are compatible with the ZNES emulator.

If it's GBA emulators, then it's just VBA codes anyway.

*note that I am talking solely about the emulator and related games to it. This is GENERAL and is intended for emulator and only Public Domain games (both are LEGAL. It's only the commercial games that are NOT).
