I have about 200 Energy cards. What are They Useful for??:tired:

Do you actually play the game or just collect the cards? Energy cards are attached to Pokémon so they can use their attacks.

I have a question as well, do Metal Energies without the 10 damage resistance description have the effect or nay?

To answer the question, your Pokemon's attacks have ENergy Icons on them, they need that amount and type to use that attack along with the attack's description.

No, they don't. Those are basic Metal Energy cards, (meaning you can have as many of them as you want in your deck) the ones with the damage lowering effect are special Metal Energies that you can only have 4 of in a deck.
