Ok this may be pushing the acceptability of threads but I can't be bothered checking myself so here goes.

If there are any that can learn both, can a pokemon use Encore and Taunt (EnTaunt :)) and therefore force the opponents pokemon to Struggle?

Well its a bit of a misnomer. I actually meant EnTorment. Encore + Torment(obviously)

And why the sudden change of attitude Ice Rabbit? o.O

If Encore doesn't override the powers of Torment it could work.

Uh.. because this strategy might actually work? You could use your meanlook baton pass trick, then calm mind x6. That would be an 00ber Alakazam :D

Yes unfortunately no tanks can get EnTorment. Only Zam and Mr. Mime can get both moves and neither get ML. So yeah it would have to be BPed onto them for it to work.

Umbreon does it to something like Blissey, and switches it out to Mr. Mime, then Mr. Mime can get attacked but what the heck, after getting the boost he passes out with the baton anyway. Something faster... something like... SCEPTILE!
