Did you guys know that entei can learn ''rain dance''?i tested it on colosseum and i find it strange......Also,i find strange that octillery can learn flamethrower.How do you explain that?

Because they are awesome like that. Duh.

A lot of Pokemon can learn Rain Dance/Sunny Day/Sandstorm, etc.

Gyarados can also learn Flamethrower and Fire Blast. They're just uber cool like that, I guess. Lots of weird things can learn Flamethrower. I can probably learn Flamethrower.

all electric types can learn rain dance and snorlax can learn surf
how is that possible?floating is the only thing that snorlax can do in the water,not surfing!

Electric types learn Rain Dance because of Thunderstorms.
Snorlax doesn't float. It sinks in the water because all the food it ate is being compacted, making it way too dense to float. XD

Pokemon can be strange. It was wierd enough to let certain Pikachu's learn Fly. Yeah, there's little logic in the fictional world.

Acreus can Fly, as well. :3 And so can Mew, of course.

I don't know how it can utilize it's electrical power without popping them though...

If I remember correctly, the guy that gives you the Surf HM in Ecruteak city in G/S/C mentions something about his Rhydon learning Surf...
I always though it was an odd move for a rock/ground type :p

about pikachu,i have read somewhere that its evolution raichu has so much volt energy that hits the ground with its tail in order to not to get shocked.so it's a game mistake that pikachu doesn't pop the ballons.so much energy.....where did it go?

I thought of another odd move that a Pokémon could have.. Flying Dugtrio :O
In the old gen games, Dugtrio could learn Mimic, and could then use it to copy Fly :p
